I loved the spacious suite that offered stunning ocean views, allowing us to enjoy breathtaking sunrises from the comfort of our balcony. The warm ambiance and friendly staff made it a welcoming place for our family getaway.
More comfortable seating in common areas would be great.

The spacious one-bedroom suite provided a spectacular balcony view, where the ocean sparkled like a million gems. A well-equipped kitchenette added convenience for making snacks or meals during the stay.
Despite the positives, there were a few hiccups. The pool area felt cramped, especially with noisy groups playing games, which detracted from the relaxation vibe. The air conditioning unit had a dirty filter and appeared to struggle for airflow. Additionally, some furniture showed wear and tear, with a broken patio setup and water pressure issues in the shower. Both hot water availability was hit-or-miss, causing a bit of frustration during the stay.

Spacious and great views, but needs urgent renovations
I had a decent stay with a spacious room and stunning ocean views that made our trip enjoyable. The kitchenette was a big plus, allowing us to prepare our meals easily. the room showed signs of extreme wear and tear, and the cleanliness in the common areas left much to be desired.

missingWrote a review on Nov 03halal culinary findsclean resort vibepool area charmdaily cleaning issuesbed mattress upgrades
Oh, the culinary scene nearby? A treasure trove! From munching on halal goodies at Cafe 500 to indulging in the classic American Cut Steakhouse, every bite was a delight! The cleanliness of the resort added to the charm, not to mention the awesome vibe at the pool area. I felt right at home!
But let’s keep it real, the floors could use a daily vacuum, especially with trash piling up outside rooms. The hallways were hotter than a summer beach day, and some beds definitely need an upgrade—those old mattresses could use a serious retirement!

The homemade cakes at nearby Cafe 500 are a must-try, a sweet slice of heaven for your tastebuds! Plus, the spacious balcony with killer views at Flagship felt like my own private paradise. And big shoutout to the seamless water park access; it was a blast!
This place was ridiculously bad! Customer service was a circus act: no early check-in, rude staff at every turn, and a dirty room that felt like an afterthought. Even the parking garage had sticky floors. Next time, I’ll be rolling the dice elsewhere!

Celebrated my birthday there for the third time! Love the cozy vibe and my room had two double beds, perfect for family cuddles. Plus, it's close to the boardwalk—who doesn't love that?
But darling, the elevators were slow as molasses! I thought I was training for the Olympics waiting for them!

missingWrote a review on Oct 16spacious suitebeautiful viewslow elevator
The room was a spacious one-bedroom suite, and the beautiful view was just mesmerizing! Plus, the indoor pool was a warm paradise amidst the chilly weather, and we completely ruled the arcade room!
But good heavens, the elevators took longer than deciding between white or red wine! And the housekeeping could use a bit more sparkle—if only they acknowledged dust bunnies as house pets.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
